FDC has the pleasure to announce the promotion of Kathryn Hoverd within its Growth Capital investment team.
Kathryn has been promoted to Investment Manager, working alongside the team to deliver FDC’s SME debt funding to growing businesses.
She joined FDC in 2017 as part of the Operations team, providing operational support to an office of 25 employees in Birmingham. In 2018, FDC sponsored Kathryn to train as a Chartered Accountant via the ICAEW and was promoted to Portfolio Executive to help maintain and analyse financial information from clients, supporting risk management processes, and coordinating fee collection and earlier this year, Kathryn progressed to Portfolio Manager.
Kathryn passed her final exam in August 2021 and is now a fully qualified ACA Chartered Accountant.
